We had above recommended drinking levels of arsenic in our water. After talking to a few name brand installers about a whole house system, I decided to do this myself for half the cost. The Crystal Quests system arrived on time and was well packaged, installation was easy and clear with solid instructions. And the best part, tested the water and arsenic levels were 'none detected'. Thank you!
I installed this RO system along with moving all of our other well components to a new water shed. Turned the system on at midnight Sunday night and was producing beautiful water that still needed to be run through the UV light and remineralization filter. On Monday I buttoned up the wires/lines and adjusted the flow rates and float switches. Our whole house has beautiful water! Still flushing the lines on some fixtures (due to having salt build up for many years) but the fist shower was amazing! My only thought is if the booster pump/bladder tank had a higher output pressure. We have an 80psi well booster pump and miss that pressure. Other than that, I would most definitely purchase from you again.
Crystal Quest was great to work with. The system arrived without some of the install documentation but Crystal Quest was quick to email it over and provide support during the installation process. The black 165 gallon tank does have a strong odor and it can be smelt in the water in the beginning. I even washed it out with dawn soap before use. It's been in operation for a month now and the smell has been greatly reduced. I think this is normal break in stuff. Everything works great and I have had no issues. I wish they would have had an option for a DAB ESYBOX Pump versus the traditional booster style pump. But again.... Great system, great customer support, very happy!
The salt free conditioner delivered soft water as soon as it was connected. The included plastic 1 inch connection nipples are useless. Get two brass short nipples instead and you are good to go. Space saving without having to use a salt container
I have had the system in full operation for 4 days now and am really enjoying it. I originally ordered everything the 7th of February and was told to expect 10-14 days for arrival. It arrived in less that 5 days and my wife had to move the heavy boxes on her own :-(. When I got home from my trip, I opened everything and discovered that the up-flow valve for the tankless softener was missing from the shipment so I had to call and get it sent to me. That meant canceling the plumber install and postponing until the valve arrived. A week later, the plumber was able to come and provide an estimate. Fast forward another week and installation begins but discovered that my water pressure was at 120 psi. System remained in by-pass for another week until the plumber could order and install the pressure reducer and on 11 March, finally in full operation! The first day after install the water tasted a bit funny but now everything is great and we are enjoying the system very much. Thank you Cyrstal Quest for working through the process and getting me all the help and assistance needed.
I received the Whole House Filter system in a timely manner. I will have a professional plumber install it on Monday, 12/18/18. I’ll provide additional feedback after 30-days when this system is operating in my home.
I knew that my old system needed replacing and so I hunted for an upgrade and this was definitely the right choice. This is a fantastic filter system. I can smell the difference in the water. I can taste it and my dogs and cats seem to like it better, too! I had some highly skilled plumbers install it, and it took them the better part of a day, but the end result was wonderful. I highly recommend this filtration system!
The unit was installed about two weeks ago. Thus far I am very pleased with the performance. Additionally, the salesperson Raquel was extremely helpful we had questions during the installation process, and she walked us through our issues. I am very pleased with the whole house water alkalizer system. Is have pure alkaline water at every spout. It was a good value for the price. The cylinder is much larger than the picture portrayed. It required special plumbing skills to install which was more than the price of the unit. Anyway, I am very satisfied with the results.

This is my second under sink RO system that I have purchased from Crystal Quest. The first one was awesome and lasted 2.5 years before I started having problems with the tank keeping pressure (I believe the bladder ruptured). I replaced the tank, but then started a remodel on my kitchen that took almost a year to complete myself. I originally kept the old RO system to re-use, but because it took so long to complete the remodel we decided to buy a new system rather than cleaning out the old system and buying replacement filters. This time around I had the chemist at Crystal Quest to look at my cities water report to see if we needed to add anything else......It turned out that my water supply is at EPA maximums for several categories so we added a fluoride filter and nitrate filter as PRE-filters before the RO. Hopefully this will help the RO last longer. Also I would always recommend getting a pump system because the first RO filter I got from Crystal Quest would not work with the water pressure that I have from the city. It would make a sip per day, so I had to add a pump to the first system. And my second piece of advice is to get the remineralizer filter as a post filter......it makes the water taste really refreshing. There are other filter manufacturers out there, but I consider these to be the "Cadillac" of them all. I will always have one wherever I live and I am a contractor so I recommend them to my clients all the time. Disclaimer, I am NOT being compensated by Crystal Quest.
I bought this to go with the whole House RO System I got from Crystal Quest. It does increase the PH. With my city/well water my RO water is around 6.5 and with the remineralized it bumps it up to 9. I have only had it installed for a month. We will see how it fades with use. So far it’s great!
This is the second time that I have purchased this water filtration unit. I actually have one setup in my home in South Carolina and one in my home in Mexico. And to date I am very pleased with the results of the water quality that I am experiencing at both locations. As a matter of fact, at our home in Mexico we experienced a water concern as a result of a recent storm that cause problems with the water delivery system from the city. The availability and cost of bottled water became a problem for others. Along with a UV unit that we had installed we were very confident the quality of our drinking water was not affected. Thanks for providing that peace of mind.

This is my second unit & I’m happy with the with the machine but upon delivery the plastic ends were damaged. The first unit provided me the parts to repair it.So,with that being the only problem, the experience was not bad. Thank you
Filter holding bracket is too thin metal flexes terribly when replacing the lower 3 filters, plastic filter brackets for upper 3 filters is very week & won't stay where we need them to stay. Takes way too much time to replace the cartridges. Whirlpool makes an RO unit that all 3 filters can be replaced in 5 minutes.

After I figured out to assemble it, which wasn't hard, just me. I have been so impressed with the entire system. The filtered water that results from the two filters is the sweetest water I have tasted in long time. It makes a wonderful cup of coffee and I have yet to do iced tea but know it will be good.
